I have many expansion bands from bandini. These are my favorites. You do not have to remove links, which is quite a hassle, and can easily adjust the size on the fly. I have maybe 10 of these for my vintage watches. Very comfortable. They will not pull hair if fitted correctly.

I will say, probably my fault... I ordered the band that I thought was 22mm wide. The band I got was 17mm to 22mm, this band will work with another watch. I would ask the company to list Exactly how wide the actual band is to avoid confusion in the future.
