We'll reply with return instructions. Pack your band(s) in new condition and ship them to us.

Return Policy Details
Return window
- Holiday orders get extra time: orders placed between November 14 and December 25 can be returned for up to 60 days.
- All other orders can be returned hassle free within 30 days of receiving the order. (December 26 to November 13)
- Items need to be in new, unworn condition.
- Please only include Bandini items in your package — we can't send back anything else that's included by mistake.
Returns on Buy 2 Get 1 FREE orders
- Returning 1 of the 3 bands: it can be exchanged, but it isn't eligible for a refund.
- Returning 2 of the 3 bands: we'll refund the price of those 2 bands, minus the value of the free band you're keeping.
- Returning all 3 bands: you'll get a full refund or exchange.
Returns on orders with a discount code
Some codes need a minimum order amount. If a return brings your order below that minimum, the discount no longer applies and your refund is adjusted to match.
Return Shipping costs
- Original shipping charges (standard or express) and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
- Exchanges ship by our standard method. Want it faster? You can pay for upgraded shipping on the exchange.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer — unless we made a mistake with your order. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we'll cover it.
