Great service from Bandini. I actually got a phone call! Love the strap! This is just what I need because my skin is allergic to the plastic my garmin came with. What I didn't realize was that the band where it attaches to the watch can shrink to fit between where the pins connect. Watched a video online explaining how to resize. The easiest way to attach the pins is to insert the pins in the end of the strap with one end extended so that you can position it in the hole of the watch. Then push the other end in so that you can push it in place as well. Took me under 3 minutes.

Once I got the band length changed I was able to attach my watch. The band is simple but attractive and is comfortable to wear.
